Jason is the ultimate realtor. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, and patient. When it came time to negotiate pricing, he firmly represented my interests. He helped me find a home…twice. In both instances, he started by asking me what I wanted. Then, he reacted accordingly — and found the perfect properties that were of interest to me, and within my price range. This calculated process meant that less time was wasted from my busy schedule. Meanwhile, he didn’t want to rush me into anything. He was always ready to look at one more place if I wanted to…I never, ever got the impression that he was rushing things just to make a commission and move on.
